Easy Post Thanksgiving Fat Burner

Lunge, Squat, Lunge

Thanksgiving just passed and with it the many dishes of delicious and decadent foods. It is common knowledge that the holidays are known to be a time of indulgence, possible overeating and of course weight gain.

To help push away the possible extra 10lb holiday weight, we are going to explain the Lunge, Squat, Lunge post-Thanksgiving exercise.

Lunges are a simple strength exercise that work your quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves and core muscles. They can also help to improve your balance and coordination.

Squats are a fantastic full body exercise that everyone should incorporate into their workout routine -- whether you're trying to build muscle or lose weight. Squats work your quads, your glutes, your hamstrings and your lower back, all in a single movement. However, in order to reap the full rewards of doing squats and avoid injury, you need to perform them correctly. Here's how.

Doing Lunges

● Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
● Step forward with one leg.
● Lower your hips and bend your knees at 90-degree angles.
● Slowly stand up and repeat with your other leg.

Doing Squats
● Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
● Push your hips back and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle.
● Keep your back straight and look straight ahead.
● Slowly stand back up.
